Artist’s Information
& Terms

The Porongurup Hall Bazaar is voluntarily run by a local committee of art & crafters. All work will be displayed by the committee to create a stunning visual display. Display of items will be at the discretion of the committee.

No entry fee is payable.

Artists may offer for sale a maximum of 12 large pieces or 24 small pieces. Paintings:  Limit of 4, may not be able to display all depending on a number of entries/hanging space.  There is no size restriction. Small items such as cards should be sold in packs. All prices should be in whole dollar amounts.

20% Commission on sales is payable to “Friends of the Porongurup Range”. This will be calculated prior to payment.

All items must be clearly labelled by the artist with the artist’s name and selling price visible to the customer. You may wish to create an identification code (name or initials and numbers). Please make sure labels are firmly secured.

We also require the attached Artist List of Works as a record of all items, prices and identification codes to be supplied by the artist to the committee when the work is dropped off.
Insurance and any liability of artworks is the responsibility of the artist.  The committee will take every care to prevent damage or theft.
Porongurup Hall volunteers will supply wrapping paper, bags, etc for items sold as needed.

Morning & afternoon teas and light lunches will be available throughout the Bazaar.

Volunteers are needed to help out at this busy event.  Contact Lorna Long if you are available to volunteer - gahnia17@ipstarmail.com.au
